What it's like to be a Mental Health Technician at Mental Health Technician

As a Part-Time Mental Health Technician at Apollo Behavioral Health Hospital, you will play a crucial role in our outpatient programs by demonstrating exceptional teamwork through the completion of routine and assigned tasks. Your responsibilities will include documenting patients' observed behaviors, vital signs, and any significant occurrences, as well as assisting nurses with patient care tasks and therapeutic interventions. Flexibility in your work schedule is essential to ensure adequate coverage when necessary. You will also coordinate lunch distribution, maintain a clean kitchen post-lunch, and provide support for patients during meals. Additionally, you will help with daily living activities such as diaper changes, bathing, and feeding, while overseeing the cleanliness of the facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all patients.
