Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | PRN | Outpatient | 2117 Rocky Dr Paris, KY 40361

Join H2 Health as a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Paris, Kentucky. This as-needed opportunity is ideal for clinicians looking for flexibility while staying connected to a collaborative outpatient team. New graduates are welcome to apply.

At H2 Health – Paris, you’ll work with a diverse outpatient population and support patients across orthopedic, post-surgical, sports, neurological, and work-related rehabilitation needs.

Your Role

  • Provide skilled treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Carry out individualized plans of care and support patient progress
  • Provide therapeutic exercise, balance, mobility, and functional interventions
  • Monitor patient response and communicate progress with the supervising PT
  • Educate patients on movement, recovery, and home exercise programs
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

Requirements

  • Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Current Kentucky PTA license or eligibility for licensure
  • CPR certification, if applicable
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered care
  • New graduates are welcome; outpatient experience is not required
