Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | PRN | Outpatient | 2117 Rocky Dr Paris, KY 40361

At H2 Health – Paris, you’ll work with a diverse outpatient population and support patients across orthopedic, post-surgical, sports, neurological, and work-related rehabilitation needs.

Your Role

Provide skilled treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Carry out individualized plans of care and support patient progress
Provide therapeutic exercise, balance, mobility, and functional interventions
Monitor patient response and communicate progress with the supervising PT
Educate patients on movement, recovery, and home exercise programs
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

Requirements

Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current Kentucky PTA license or eligibility for licensure
CPR certification, if applicable
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to patient-centered care
New graduates are welcome; outpatient experience is not required
