Job DetailsAbout the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Probate and Trust Paralegal to join our legal team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting attorneys in estate planning, probate administration, and trust matters.Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and file probate court documents, including petitions, inventories, and accountings
Assist with trust administration, including asset collection, valuation, and distribution
Draft correspondence, legal documents, and summaries for attorney review
Maintain and organize case files and client records
Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and court personnel
Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with court requirements and timelines

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in probate and trust administration
Strong knowledge of probate procedures and estate planning terminology
Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently

Preferred:

Paralegal certificate or degree from an accredited program
Experience with Florida probate laws
