Job Description

This role supports attorneys in the administration of estates, trusts, and guardianships, including preparing probate pleadings, fiduciary accountings, asset transfers, and assisting with tax return documentation. Description

Prepare and manage estate, trust, and guardianship accounting and filings.
Draft legal documents, pleadings, deeds, and trust administration paperwork.
Monitor and maintain client files, including estates, trusts, and guardianships.
Communicate with attorneys, clients, beneficiaries, and family members.
Research assets, debts, and legal issues related to estates and trusts.
Prepare and collaborate on tax returns for estates and trusts.

Profile

A successful Probate Paralegal should have:
