This opportunity involves extensive hands-on work in a laboratory setting, with a focus on developing and expanding the experimental and analytical expertise driving a forward-thinking, dynamic product line. We are seeking individuals who excel in experimental planning, execution, and documentation, with a commitment to safety and accuracy.

Requirements: - A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a closely related field is required; a Master’s degree is highly esteemed. - Possess 3 to 7 years of industry experience that aligns with the role. - Demonstrated aptitude for laboratory work with a robust focus on safety standards and the ability to execute experiments proficiently. - Proven ability to safely conduct and document experiments with meticulous data management. - Proficiency in standard analytical techniques like HPLC, GC, Spectroscopy, and imaging. - Adept troubleshooting abilities and ease in laboratory and pilot plant environments. - Mastery in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, MATLAB, and Python. - Comprehensive chemistry knowledge with hands-on application capabilities.
