Job Description

Process Engineer

We're looking for a Process Engineer to own and improve the production of precision aerospace components by developing manufacturing processes, creating detailed work instructions, and designing the tooling necessary for efficient and quality-driven production.

What you'll do

Interpret and create engineering drawings and 3D models to support manufacturing planning.
Design and detail tooling and fixtures to support efficient, repeatable, and high-quality production processes.
Create and maintain Manufacturing Work Instructions (MWIs) and technical documentation.
Plan and sequence manufacturing operations with a focus on quality, cost, and throughput.
Plan and sequence manufacturing operations with a focus on quality, cost, and throughput.
Assist in the implementation of Lean manufacturing principles and cost-saving strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or similar).
Around 8 years in manufacturing/process engineering.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, and 3D modeling.
Experience in planning manufacturing sequences and designing fixtures and tooling.
Experience with NX CAD platforms.
Comfortable spending real time on the shop floor, juggling multiple priorities.
