Job Description
Process Engineer - New Haven County
- Join a bleeding-edge advanced electronics innovator: Privately held, financially strong electronics manufacturer with many years of established success, relentless continuous improvement, and a top-rated, engineering-driven culture.
- Work with advanced manufacturing technology: Hands-on role supporting state-of-the-art SMT, automation, inspection, and PCB/electro-mechanical assembly in a highly certified environment (ISO, AS, ITAR).
- Own and improve real processes: Lead root-cause analysis, troubleshoot production challenges, and implement preventive and continuous improvements across the manufacturing lifecycle.
- Be embedded on the floor and cross-functionally: Partner closely with engineering, production, maintenance, and quality teams on NPI, equipment validation, manufacturability feedback, and process optimization.
- Design, build, and refine: Develop SOPs, work instructions, fixtures, validations, and process documentation that improve throughput, quality, and repeatability.
- Grow your impact: Ideal for an engineer with 3+ years of manufacturing or EMS experience who wants visibility, responsibility, and a clear path to expanded technical ownership in a high-performance culture.
