Process Engineer
Shift: 2nd, (3pm-11pm)
Pay: $40/hr (Based on experience)
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team. This position requires a strong quality background and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure production meets rate, quality, and efficiency standards.
Job Description:
- Develop and document new mold processes and implement continuous improvements on existing processes using scientific molding principles
- Transition new products from sampling into full-volume manufacturing
- Ensure integration and effective use of RJG technology across all areas of the facility
- Maintain processes at optimum levels, ensuring consistent quality and output rates
- Assist in training team members and provide technical guidance, identifying training needs and reviewing training effectiveness periodically
- Recommend design changes to tools for improved manufacturability, reliability, and efficiency
- Conduct weekly setup and training meetings to maintain production standards
- Perform process validations and recommend updates to product BOMs as necessary
- Use statistical techniques to proactively maintain and improve ongoing processes
- Communicate effectively with employees in a team-oriented, positive manner
- Adhere to all safety rules, work regulations, and departmental housekeeping standards
