Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Support process improvements impacting OEE, scrap, and throughput
  • Map physical and ERP (Epicor) production flow
  • Analyze manufacturing data and identify improvement opportunities
  • Assist with capital equipment installation and commissioning
  • Participate in root cause investigations
  • Develop and update work instructions

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering
  • 0-3 years manufacturing or process engineering experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Comfortable working on production floor

Preferred:

  • Basic understanding of GD&T and measurement techniques
  • Exposure to ERP systems in a manufacturing setting

As a Process Engineer you will be offered pay of $70,000-$85,000 dependent on experience. You will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus tied to overall performance of the organization.
