What You'll Do:
- Establish corporate standards for key manufacturing processes
- Lead multi-plant improvement initiatives
- Deliver significant gains in OEE, scrap, and quality
- Evaluate and deploy advanced automation technologies
- Mentor junior engineers and serve as technical escalation point
- Support enterprise capital strategy
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 5-10+ years manufacturing/process engineering experience
- Multi-site capital project leadership experience
- Strong Lean, root cause, and KPI expertise

As a Process Engineer you will be offered pay of $87,000-108,000 dependent on experience. You will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus tied to overall performance of the organization.
