About the role.

Join our team in Northern Maine and play a key role in our potato processing operation. As a Process Operator, you will help ensure the safe, efficient production of high-quality potato products by operating processing equipment, monitoring production processes, and supporting food safety and quality standards across the facility. This role is a night shift schedule, 6pm- 6am.

What you'll be doing.

• Operate and monitor processing equipment and production lines.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet established specifications.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate maintenance needs when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
• Complete production documentation and shift reports accurately and on time.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.

What you'll need to be successful.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing, food processing, or industrial experience is an asset.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Compensation Package: Starting at $20 USD hourly + $1.50 differential for applicable shifts

The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs. This posting is for an existing vacancy.
