Process Technician

Work Schedule: - B Shift: Sun-Tue + every other Wed, 6 PM to 6 AM - D Shift: Thu-Sat + every other Wed, 6 PM to 6 AM

These roles include 12-hour shifts, providing flexibility and ensuring additional overtime compensation.

Responsibilities: - Manage and fine-tune injection molding processes, maintaining optimal product quality - Conduct routine quality assessments and GMP-compliant record-keeping - Address technical issues with molding and supporting equipment - Execute regular process evaluations and ensure adherence to 5S practices - Partner with the Quality Assurance team for validation procedures - Assess production metrics to drive process improvements - Oversee material inventory and logistics within production lines - Mentor and guide junior team members as needed

Requirements: - Hands-on experience with injection molding in a production environment (2+ years) - Knowledge of GMP, ISO, or equivalent quality standards - Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities - Proficient in technical documentation - Skilled in basic mathematics and production data analysis - Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs and standing for extended periods - Availability for night shifts, weekends, and overtime work as required
