Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to the following:
- Performs mold changeovers, set-ups, and start-ups as directed.
- Troubleshoots equipment and auxiliary equipment to insure that quality and productivity requirements are maintained.
- Makes process setting adjustments to insure that quality and productivity requirements are maintained.
- Performs routine daily maintenance and repairs on process and building equipment as directed.
- Completes required documentation completely and accurately per cGMP requirements.
Qualifications/Education/Special Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent program preferred.
- Basic skills in industrial electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Must have one year of mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment.
