Join a reputable food manufacturing company in Eugene, Oregon, known for producing high-quality granola, cereal, and flakes, as a Processing Extruder Operator and contribute to the daily success of operations.As a Processing Extruder Operator, you'll play a vital role in supporting daily production activities. You'll work closely with team members to operate food processing machinery, ensure product quality, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Your efforts will help deliver consistent, top-notch products to customers every day.What Youll Do:
- Move and lift 50 lb bags of ingredients, carefully measuring and loading them into mixing bins.*
- Read and follow batch instructions accurately to ensure proper product formulation.*
- Operate extrusion equipment to process ingredients into finished products efficiently.*
- Package cereal and other products as they exit the production lines.*
- Perform sanitation and cleanup tasks after each production run to maintain a safe and compliant environment.*
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Strong math skills and a keen eye for detail.*
- Basic computer skills for tracking production and documentation.*
- Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.*
