Job Description:
SCOPE: The Procurement Manager serves as the leader of a centralized procurement department and is responsible for transitioning the organization from decentralized purchasing practices to a strategic, data-driven procurement model. This position oversees strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract administration, procurement operations, supply chain optimization, and financial stewardship to support organizational objectives while maintaining quality patient care.

Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management
Clinical & Pharmacy Supply Chain Integrity
Financial Stewardship, Analytics & Systems
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree Required
Five to eight (5-8) years experience in supply chain/purchasing.
Experience building or restructuring a department is highly preferred.
Deep understanding of healthcare contracting, GPO dynamics, and clinical supply chains.
Experience with oncology or pharmacy purchasing is a significant advantage.
Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.
