A growing manufacturer in Jefferson, Ohio is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, inventory planning, and procurement operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional who enjoys driving cost savings, improving supplier performance, and partnering with leadership to support operational success.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute purchasing and sourcing strategies.
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.
Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and material availability.
Analyze procurement data and identify cost reduction opportunities.
Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Customer Service teams.
Evaluate supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor market conditions and proactively address supply chain risks.
Support ERP data accuracy and inventory optimization efforts.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or sourcing experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Experience with ERP systems and inventory planning.
Ability to analyze purchasing trends and supplier performance metrics.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated professional with a continuous improvement mindset.
