Job Description

Market of Choice is now hiring for a Produce Clerk to provide great customer service to our valued customers. This position starts at $17.50/hour - $20/hour depending on experience.

DUTIESMarket of Choice employees create a pleasant in-store atmosphere and provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service. Our Produce Department offers the highest quality conventional and organic produce. Produce staff must be self-motivated, able to embrace a team environment, and have effective communication skills.As a Produce Clerk, you will assist customers in selection and recommendations of our delicious products. You will also assist with day to day operations including, but not limited to:

Providing excellent customer service
Following safety procedures and maintaining sanitation standards
Cleaning, trimming and packaging product
Cleaning shelves, stocking and properly rotating product in coolers
Maintaining accurate pricing and signage
Training and development of personnel as needed

QUALIFICATIONSPreference will be given to applicants with previous experience and open availability. You must be 18 years or older.
