Agfa is strengthening its Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) capabilities. We are seeking a professional who will take end-to-end responsibility for IAM and IGA, including the replacement of a legacy solution with a modern platform that supports Agfa's evolving application landscape and compliance requirements. Post project completion you will continue in a role of User management Service owner that will encompass service management and continuous improvement of the tool and processes.

This role is accountable for service strategy, governance, operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement of identity and access services to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access to enterprise systems and data.

About You:

You are a seasoned IGA/IAM professional, combining very good knowledge of the domain, tools, and service management mindset.

You are hands-on, pro-active, self-driven and well-organized. You can communicate very clearly in English, have can-do attitude, and deliver on promise.

What You'll Be Doing (Duties & Responsibilities):

  • Service owner:
  • Own the full lifecycle of IAM / IGA / UAM / PAM services.
  • Take responsible for service KPIs, SLAs, OLAs, and performance metrics.
  • Manage service delivery by an outsourcing party (incidents, services requests, and problem, and change processes related to identity services).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and service maturity.
  • Ensure identity services meet regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements (e.g. ISO 27001).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for IAM/IGA-related questions from business, IT, security, and audit stakeholders.
  • IAM/IGA service tooling:
  • Drive implementation a new IAM/IGA platform in collaboration with internal teams and a contracted third-party service organization.
  • Act as the application owner for the IAM/IGA tool and processes. Manage and continuously adapt the solution to support new or changed applications across Agfa. Oversee day-to-day operations of IAM/IGA/UAM platforms.
  • Oversee platform upgrades, enhancements, and integration projects.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications & Experience):

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with IT teams and business.
  • Very good English, both written and verbal. Excellent presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in Identity and Access Management and/or Identity Governance of 5+ years.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM/IGA tools implementation such as Omada, Okta, Evidian.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments is a plus.
