As the Product & Program Marketing Manager, you will shape and execute the global strategy for compatibility testing, cleaning validation, and OEM ecosystem enablement. This role goes far beyond traditional technical testing—you will position compatibility as a strategic value driver, accelerating product adoption, deepening customer confidence, and unlocking new commercial opportunities.

You will operate at the intersection of product marketing, program leadership, and technical excellence, transforming complex testing outcomes into compelling value stories, market‑ready assets, and scalable global programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Program Leadership

  • Drive the global strategy and roadmap for compatibility and cleaning validation initiatives, ensuring alignment to commercial, product, and customer experience goals.
  • Design and manage end‑to‑end global programs—including test plans, documentation, reporting, and lifecycle governance.

Cross‑Functional & OEM Ecosystem Enablement

  • Partner with R&D, IP, regulatory, and global technical services to build robust testing protocols and standardized methodologies.
  • Lead strategic OEM partnerships to secure equipment access, align on protocols, and expand IFU inclusion opportunities.
  • Oversee external lab relationships to ensure high‑quality, validated, and market‑usable outcomes.

Product Marketing & Commercial Enablement

  • Translate technical data into customer‑centric insights, value messaging, sales tools, training assets, and decision‑support resources.
  • Build and maintain global compatibility databases that support sales efficiency, customer onboarding, and product adoption.
  • Identify opportunities for premium validation services, new certifications, co‑branding, and differentiated product positioning.

Digital Product Ownership

  • Serve as Product Manager for VeriClean, shaping roadmaps, driving feature enhancements, and supporting global deployment.
  • Lead development and lifecycle management for MoonBeam and TREK/Synapse, ensuring seamless troubleshooting, workflow integration, and user adoption.

Project Delivery & Operational Excellence

  • Manage global project pipelines with structured workflows from inquiry to completion.
  • Conduct root‑cause analysis on complex customer or equipment issues, developing actionable resolution strategies.
  • Champion Lean, Continuous Improvement, and OPEX methodologies to enhance cross‑functional capability and execution.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified
  • Proven experience managing large‑scale programs or product initiatives
  • Strong understanding of materials science, disinfectant chemistry, and/or equipment design (as a competency)
  • Expertise in technical documentation, structured data management, and program governance
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Ability to translate technical insights into customer, product, and business value
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or enabling cross‑functional teams
