If you enjoy working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where marketing plays a strategic role in business growth, we'd love to meet you. Our ideal candidate is local to our Beverly, MA office and able to work a hybrid schedule: 2 days in office/3 days remote. Qualified US-based remote candidates may also be considered.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Product & Brand Marketing Manager to lead our product positioning, strengthen our brand narrative, and expand our market presence.

In this role, you will translate our product capabilities and strategy into clear, compelling messaging that builds awareness, establishes expertise, and drives long-term business growth. You will work at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring that our solutions are effectively communicated to the market and resonate with target customers.

This is a high-impact strategic role. The ideal candidate combines strong market research skills, strategic leadership, and exceptional storytelling ability to transform complex product capabilities into clear value propositions. Success in this role requires close collaboration and shared goals with our Digital Marketing Manager and team.

This role will report directly to the President and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Gather customer insights to strengthen messaging and positioning

  • Develop product- and brand-focused marketing content

  • Create sales content (one-pagers, pitch decks, feature briefs, and FAQs)

  • Shape and refine the company's brand narrative and voice

  • Design and lead brand awareness initiatives

  • Improve brand messaging throughout the customer journey

  • Partner with Digital Marketing to ensure alignment of brand strategy with demand generation efforts

  • Create and maintain brand guidelines

Secondary Focus: Industry Presence & Events

  • Identify and manage participation in relevant industry conferences and events
  • Own event strategy, messaging, and representation
  • Represent the company confidently at events
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing on pre- and post-event promotion and follow-up
  • Measure and evaluate event ROI with the Digital Marketing team

Supporting Focus: Digital Marketing

  • Partner with Digital Marketing to ensure digital strategy (Website performance, email marketing, SEO, SEM initiatives, etc.) are aligned with business goals
  • Contribute to developing performance dashboards and reports

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a small or growing B2B SaaS or technology company
  • Proven experience in product marketing
  • Experience shaping and evolving brand strategy (not just executing campaigns)
  • Experience collaborating with digital marketing and demand generation teams
  • Strong track record of working cross-functionally with Product and Sales teams

  • Experience using analytics to inform brand marketing decisions
  • Solid experience leading and managing others
  • Confidence in presenting well-reasoned ideas to leadership
  • Familiarity with marketing automation (HubSpot), CRM (Salesforce), and analytics tools
  • Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing preferred

Why Join Us?

  • High-impact role with visibility across the organization
  • Opportunity to shape product positioning and brand strategy
