Job Description

Gradial is the marketing operations system of work that helps marketers and creatives move from idea to execution faster. Our platform orchestrates across martech stacks, workflows, and people to automate marketing execution, cutting execution time, so marketers focus on the work only humans can do: shaping brands, understanding customers, and creating the work that moves people.

Backed by leading investors, we’re building software that adapts to the user, not the other way around. We move with urgency, operate with ownership, and solve hard problems from first principles. If you want to do ambitious work, take real responsibility, and help define the future of AI-native content operations, you’ll do your best work here.

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Builder to create the next generation of AI agents for performance marketing. You’ll work at the intersection of product, AI, and customer outcomes, turning emerging capabilities into products that marketers rely on every day. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves building, validating ideas with customers, and rapidly iterating based on real-world results.

You’ll own the full product lifecycle from identifying opportunities and shaping solutions to launching products and continuously improving them. You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, AI teams, customers, and go-to-market stakeholders to define a new category of software that helps marketing teams achieve more with less effort.

What You’ll Own

  • Build AI-powered agents that help marketing teams plan, execute, optimize, and analyze performance marketing programs.
  • Lead product development from problem definition through launch and ongoing iteration.
  • Work directly with enterprise customers and agency partners to understand workflows, validate concepts, and uncover new opportunities.
  • Prototype new experiences using modern AI tools and coding assistants to accelerate learning and product development.
  • Make thoughtful scope and prioritization decisions that maximize customer value and speed to market.
  • Partner with engineering and AI teams to translate prototypes into scalable products.
  • Define and measure product success through customer adoption, business outcomes, and marketing performance improvements.
  • Collaborate across product, engineering, design, GTM, and customer-facing teams to bring new capabilities to market.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI capabilities and identify opportunities to create differentiated customer experiences.

What We Need

  • 5+ years of experience building and launching software products in product management, product leadership, product engineering, or similar builder-focused roles.
  • Strong understanding of modern AI systems, large language models, agent architectures, and how AI products are developed, deployed, and improved over time.
  • Demonstrated ability to take products from concept to launch and drive ongoing improvement after release.
  • Experience working in highly ambiguous environments where priorities and requirements evolve quickly.
  • Ability to prototype ideas independently using AI-powered development tools, low-code platforms, or lightweight technical workflows.
  • Strong product judgment with a track record of making effective tradeoffs around scope, timing, and customer value.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Deep curiosity about customer behavior and a bias toward learning through experimentation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Excitement for helping define an entirely new category of AI-native products.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building products for marketers, marketing operations teams, agencies, or MarTech platforms.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, attribution, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience working with AI-powered workflow automation, agent platforms, or autonomous systems.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 – $220,000. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.

What we offer

  • Performance-based annual bonus
  • Meaningful equity awards
  • Medical, dental & vision (fully covered for employees with 75% for dependents)
  • Fertility & family-planning support
  • 401k plan
  • Unlimited PTO
  • A beautiful Seattle office with a gym, sauna, and bike parking
  • Free lunch three days a week in our HQ
  • A front-row seat to building category-defining AI infrastructure

You'll thrive here if you

  • Learn quickly, actively seek out new challenges, and regularly reconsider “how it’s always been done.”
  • Want to have real impact with zero bureaucracy.
  • Have an innate drive for being 1% better than the day before, building towards greatness.
  • Embrace AI as a core tool for problem-solving, innovation, and scale.
  • Show customer-obsession (internal or external), high ownership/accountability, and bias for action.
  • Communicate clearly, directly, with curiosity, and assuming good intentions.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments where building better > maintaining status quo.

AI Literacy & Interviewing Tools

As an AI-first company, we prioritize AI literacy as a core competency in our hiring decisions. We’re excited by candidates who thoughtfully apply AI tools in their work, but during interviews we’re focused onyou. This is your opportunity to show how you think, communicate, and solve problems. Over-reliance on AI-generated responses during the interview process (especially when it obscures your own voice) will result in disqualification. We want to understand your unique perspective and how you approach challenges, both with and without AI.

Gradial is dedicated to creating an environment where diverse perspectives are valued and all team members can grow. We offer competitive compensation, equity, flexible work hours, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative culture focused on learning and impact.
