HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT:

The Product Coordinator is responsible for product lifecycle and execution support for a variety of product portfolios within the Forestry, Lawn and Garden division. The product coordinator strives to become a key process and product expert within the organization, developing a deep understanding of the products within the portfolio and competitive products in the marketplace. Key areas of ownership include product line maintenance activities in partnership with the Product Management teams, supporting new product launches in collaboration with Sales and Brand Marketing teams. Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills are a must.

THE DETAILS:

Product Lifecycle & Execution Support

  • Assist product teams with CMA process and master data management.
  • Perform portfolio tasks: SKU rationalization, pricing, cost analysis.
  • Research product details, sales history, and competitor information.
  • Coordinate label and packaging updates; verify artwork and data accuracy.
  • Work with teams on inventory transition and rollover plans.
  • Help create marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Resolve customer issues with technical staff.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Develop and maintain reports, validating inputs with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across teams to gather updates and fix data discrepancies.
  • Keep reporting current on status, milestones, metrics.
  • Present data as dashboards or summaries for leadership and cross-functional teams.

Communication and Documentation

  • Maintain clear communication through meetings and documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor of Science in related field (Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering) or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in Product, Operations, Analytics, or Project Coordination roles
  • Experience in user experience, product delivery processes, positioning, product strategy and product launch
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and experience developing and managing task lists, schedules, scopes, risk and issues
  • Passion for and experience with forestry, garden, agriculture, construction tools or commercial equipment preferred
  • Experience working in a global or multi-national environment preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; able to express oneself clearly and in technical and non-technical terms
  • Collaborative and effective team player and able to work with teams who are globally dispersed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and data management software (SAP preferred)

Availability:

  • Available to work on site as may be required by job; eligible for domestic and international travel several times per year up to two weeks' duration.

At Oregon Tool, we provide a reasonable, good-faith estimate of the compensation range for this role of $66,000 to $75,000. Final offers are based on various factors such as experience, skills, qualifications and internal equity. This range may vary based on geographic location where the position is filled, and most new hires are not typically hired at the top of the range.
