Product Data Associate / Inventory Control We are seeking a detail-oriented warehouse associate to support a Product Information Management (PIM) data acquisition initiative. Someone with Inventory or Shipping and Receiving background should fit well in this role as it combines physical product handling with accurate data collection, including weighing, measuring, and recording product specifications. The ideal candidate is highly attentive to detail, comfortable working with data systems and material handling equipment, and committed to accuracy and safety. LOCATION: Bay Shore NY POSITION: Right to Hire SCHEDULE: 8AM - 5PM PAY: $20.00hr BENEFITS: Healthcare, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Telehealth, Prescription Drug Discount Plan etc. Key responsibilities:

• Retrieve finished goods using an order picker
• Verify correct products by matching part numbers and descriptions
• Use scanning equipment (Cubiscan) to capture product weight and dimensions
• Accurately enter product data into Excel spreadsheet
• Ensure all collected data meets quality and accuracy standards
• Perform validation checks to confirm correct product data alignment
• Organize and stage materials during the data collection process
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
• Communicate discrepancies or data inconsistencies promptly

Safety:

• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Wear required PPE at all times
• Conduct pre-use equipment inspections
• Operate order picker equipment safely including working at elevated heights

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in warehouse, inventory, or data collection roles preferred
• Experience operating order picker equipment or willingness to be trained
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Physical requirements:

• Ability to work at heights using order picker equipment
• Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
