As an Operations Engineering Systems Analyst in Product Data Operations Team, you will become part of a focused team that fosters innovation within our product management activities. Situated in Santa Clara, CA, this role presents a remarkable opportunity to collaborate with outstanding technology and highly driven experts. Your input will influence our product lifecycle and engineering operations, ensuring detailed delivery and achievement in our innovative projects.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting Product Life Cycle set-up and program releases across various engineering groups, ensuring smooth transitions through life cycle changes.

  • Collaborating closely with Product Development Engineers and Planning groups to understand manufacturing and planning requirements from new product introductions to mass production phases.

  • Working with Engineers to translate materials into pre-finished goods and final SKU definitions, ensuring accurate data flow into E2OpenSerus and SAP systems.

  • Partnering with IT, subcontractors, and application companies to generate and maintain I/O links and other objects, ensuring data integrity and flawless execution.

  • Detailing production flows, process, procedures, and changes, and actively generating authorizations, setting up bill of material, updating yield, bin fraction, and test time forecasts in E2OpenSerus.

  • Analyzing data systems and processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, recommending and implementing process improvements to ensure data system robustness.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or equivalent experience.

  • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing.

  • Familiarity with outsourced manufacturing and an understanding of the fabless semiconductor manufacturing flow.

  • Experience with E2openSerus, Windchill, SAP, Microsoft Suite including Power BI and Visual Basics.

  • Proficiency in data visualization web-based systems, Python, SQL, HTML, XML, is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and the capacity to handle uncertainty, showing resilience.

  • Experience in working across different functions and the ability to chip in effectively within a group.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a diligent and meticulous approach.

  • Ability to translate business needs into development requirements and ensure the accuracy and integrity of engineering data across platforms.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 128,000 USD - 212,750 USD for Level 4, and 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
