Job Title: Product Line Manager Location: Beaverton, OR Salary Range: $74-80

Introduction

We are seeking a passionate and collaborative individual to join our team as a Product Line Manager. This role is focused on the Core Running segment within the footwear creation process, requiring a strong understanding of footwear trends, color, and material. The ideal candidate will be inspired by the opportunity to create iconic designs and have a knack for storytelling through color, material, and graphics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in Client Suite
• Experience building high-level product decks using Keynote
• Strong presentation skills
• 8 years’ experience in a product-adjacent role preferred
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Footwear industry experience coupled with product management experience
• Sport background with a focus on running
• Retail experience
• All-around product expertise
• Athlete insights and a passion for sport

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management and cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Design, Testing, and Development) on the footwear creation process from brief to final product approval
• Lead the creation and expression (color, material, and graphics) workflow through data management and effective collaboration
• Craft insightful and inspiring seasonal color, material, and graphic briefs for the footwear line
• Analyze consumer and competitive trends in the market
• Participate in and conduct meetings, ensuring clear communication to guide cross-functional teams through critical checkpoints
