Job Title: Product Operations Manager 3 Location: Beaverton, OR Salary Range: $45-55
Introduction
As a key player in helping the Product and Development teams be agile, quick, and nimble, you will collaborate with business partners to improve processes and tools throughout the organization. You will help define, implement, and document new and existing processes and tools while ensuring all updates to calendar and code are translated and socialized to the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
- 5 years professional experience in Product Management, Project Management, Operations, or Strategy
- An understanding of and/or operational experience with product creation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment and develop consensus within diverse groups
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Proficiency in Keynote, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables & Lookups)
- Experience with collaborative tools and processes like Miro, Smartsheets, AirTable
- Exceptional facilitation skills, including ability to gather relevant data, actively listen, and negotiate forward progress
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Identify issues and opportunities to improve internal processes and establish best practices
- Ensure consistency, documentation, and standardization across the landscape
- Help drive key moments in the brand's CODE Process, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution
- Partner with Operational & Functional leaders to coordinate and manage teams
- Create training, procedural, and system documentation and facilitate as needed
- Develop detailed project plans for operational projects and deliver key projects on time
