Introduction
We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to focus on the appearance and color design of products, communications, or collateral materials. The successful candidate will collaborate with design, product marketing, and development teams to create innovative and marketable color solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of color design execution and product development
- Experience in consumer research and understanding of market trends
- Proficiency in developing color merchandising strategies
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Plan and execute color designs in collaboration with various teams
- Review samples to ensure marketable solutions
- Communicate changes clearly for final confirmation
- Maintain color calendar and timelines for timely product completion
- Research and deliver innovative color solutions
- Present and communicate color direction to internal audiences
- Mentor junior designers and enhance knowledge in color design
