Job Description

Introduction

We are seeking a creative and experienced professional to join our team in the role of Color Design 2. This position is located in Beaverton, OR, and offers a competitive salary range of $40-45 per hour. The role involves supporting upcoming projects with a focus on coloring graphics, working closely with the NSW Apparel Color Design team. The position is highly creative and requires a strong sense of color sensibility and high taste level.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Color Graphics.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Graphics experience in web, industrial, or apparel design.
  • Strong color sensibility and a high taste level in lifestyle wear.
  • High range of graphics skills from logos to complex graphics.
  • Portfolio showcasing color use, graphic artwork, personal projects, competency, and diversity in types of work. Must include process descriptions and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Mirro, Vizcom, and AI tools.
  • Ability to create presentations about their work.
  • Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with graphic files, working with preexisting images, and editing them.
  • Experience with predeveloped color palettes.
  • Detail-oriented, quick thinker, and problem solver.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Work on coloring graphics for various projects.
  • Collaborate with the NSW Apparel Color Design team.
  • Engage in creative processes and provide input on design direction.
