Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Product Coordinator 2. This role involves supporting various product categories and engineering & material development through effective shipment coordination and sample management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Proven experience in a product coordinator role with a strong work ethic and organizational skills.
- Ability to take direction and execute tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, including information seeking, tracking, and explaining processes.
- Strong interest in sneakers and knowledge of footwear design is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree.
- During the interview, they should be able to provide strong examples of their organization process and thought process for fundamentals, including diverse examples of their past experiences
- Experience working in a corporate environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage daily shipment coordination to support various product categories.
- Open and distribute shipment boxes received twice daily to developers and designated areas.
- Sort samples into holding boxes for marketing, design, or merchandising based on guidelines.
- Oversee and manage the sample management process for all categories.
- Track and retrieve missing packages in collaboration with the shipping and receiving team.
- Support entry-level footwear development work for specific categories once sample management is established.
