Job Description

Introduction

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team. This role involves working with NBA uniforms for AP Basketball, focusing on Global Apparel NBA/WNBA/Promo. The position is based in Beaverton, OR, with a salary range of $50-56 per hour.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in large-scale apparel products with design teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Development, Sports Product Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience is also acceptable.
  • Experience with consumer insight analysis, with an analytically business-minded approach.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence a team, enabling collaborative working relationships.
  • Attention to detail and a proven record of delivery against deadlines.
  • Prior work experience in the client's industry is preferred.
  • Applicants must be LOCAL and able to work directly for Artech on W2.
  • Experience with uniforms, licensed merchandise space, or products with logos.
  • High communication and relationship-building skills, especially when working with external teams like the NBA league and athletes.
  • Familiarity with software/tools such as Excel, SmartSheets, and visual tool creation (PowerPoint/Keynote/Miro); MMX understanding is a bonus.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Drive NBA product strategy to build industry-leading uniforms that inspire the next generation of basketball athletes.
  • Be responsible for hitting revenue and growth targets to meet business needs.
  • Own and deliver key product management gates/dates from briefing product upstream to design partners to pitching product downstream to external partners and accounts.
  • Lead a triad of cross-functional partners throughout the product creation process every season, with an emphasis on creating the highest quality and most consumer-relevant product.
