Job Title: Promo Footwear Developer Location: Beaverton, OR Salary Range: $45-50
Introduction
Join a dynamic team focused on creating elite athlete custom footwear, delivering high-performance products that reflect excellence in the Jordan Brand. This role requires collaboration across various functions to meet exact performance, fit, and timing requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years’ experience minimum in a product development role or similar
- Degree required for this role
- Project management skills/mindset (adhering to deadlines, timelines, budget, etc.)
- Effective communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Collaborative/team-oriented
- Positive attitude
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Applicants must be LOCAL and able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Direct athlete service or retail experience
- Experience with PCX
- Understanding of footwear
- Product creation experience
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead product from concept through athlete delivery
- Translate design intent to production-ready execution
- Manage custom development workflows tied to athlete timelines (Sample Requests, etc.)
- Act as primary interface with overseas factories and partners
- Ensure clear communication, accurate technical alignment, and responsive issue resolution
- Drive adherence to Nike/Jordan development standards and best practices
