Job Title: Product Line Manager 5
Location: Beaverton, OR
Salary Range: $70-75
Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Product Line Manager. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the footwear creation process, focusing primarily on the Core Running part of the Footwear Creation process. This role requires a strong understanding of footwear creation, trends in color and material, and a pulse on consumer preferences to help define and deliver the future of performance and sport aesthetics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic proficiency in Client Suite
- Experience building high-level product decks using Keynote
- Excellent presentation skills
- 8 years’ experience in a product-adjacent role preferred
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
- Applicants must be LOCAL and able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Footwear industry experience coupled with product management experience
- Sport background, with a focus on running
- Retail experience
- All-around product expertise
- Athlete insights and a passion for sport
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Management and cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Design, Testing, and Development) from brief to final product approval
- Lead the creation and expression workflow through data management and effective collaboration
- Craft insightful and inspiring seasonal color, material, and graphic briefs for the footwear line
- Analyze consumer and competitive trends in the market and collect insights via focus groups
- Ensure the accuracy of information in key systems and manage samples
- Participate in and conduct meetings, providing clear communication to guide cross-functional teams through critical checkpoints
