Introduction

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Product Manager where you will lead the development and execution of complex, high-impact products. Leverage your expertise in product management, technical strategy, and domain knowledge to drive innovation and ensure alignment with organizational goals.The hiring team is hiring 3 technical product managers: Role 1: Primary focus will be data quality - previous experience is a must Experience with CDQ, IDQ, and other generic data tools is a mustRole 2: Primary focus will be working with technical teams to understand their technical standards and how we convert these to requirements Experience with data architecture, engineering, or other technical background is a must Experience with data governance, including writing / rolling out policies and standards is keyRole 3: Primary focus will be data governance - previous experience is a must Experience with Informatica Cloud Data Governance and Catalog and Informatica Data Marketplace is a mustAll roles: Must have prior technical product management experience, especially in developing strategy, roadmaps, etc. Prior Retail/ Sportswear experience is a plus Jira & Confluence experience is a plus

Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on a W2 basis.
Proven track record of delivering successful products in complex, cross-functional environments.
Experience in defining and evolving product strategies based on data and market insights.
Deep involvement in technical decision-making and future state architecture planning.
Experience with data quality, data architecture, engineering, or data governance, depending on the specific role focus.
Experience with CDQ, IDQ, or other generic data tools.
Experience with data governance tools like Informatica Cloud Data Governance and Catalog.
Experience with Jira & Confluence.
Prior experience in developing strategy, roadmaps, and technical product management.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch.
Influence and align stakeholders across departments and external partners.
Mentor and coach junior product professionals.
Proactively identify opportunities for organizational improvement and innovation.
