Job Title: Production Artist II, Tennis Apparel Graphics Location: Beaverton, OR Salary Range: $37-42 Introduction
We are seeking a talented Production Artist II to join our dynamic Apparel Graphic Production team. This role is pivotal in bringing the intersection of sport, design, and culture to life through innovative and precise graphic design. You will be part of a collaborative team that thrives on creativity and technical excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 years of experience in a design and/or production environment
- Advanced knowledge of Illustrator and Adobe Suite
- Understanding of product lifecycle and key deliverables
- Knowledge of graphic applications such as ink types and trim substrates
- Strong listening, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity while continuing to collaborate with the team
- Laser focus on the critical details that often get missed
- Ability to multi-task amidst competing priorities
- Curiosity for learning and building a strong design community
- Experience in 3D apparel programs (CLO or Browzwear) is preferred
- Understanding of Smartsheet, Airtable, and Miro is a plus
- A love for sports is a bonus but a love for design is essential
- Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Experience with 3D Apparel programs like CLO
- Experience in high-volume schematic creation
- Experience in a traditional hybrid work model
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Work on highly visible products across Cut & Sew and Tees in the Tennis category
- Collaborate with Design to create and finalize graphic details across multiple levels of product
- Leverage 2D and 3D tools for Production Art meetings and alignment
- Create documentation for downstream partners and review strike-offs
- Track and maintain updates on all appropriate files for accuracy through final approval
- Advocate for efficiencies in the product creation life cycle
