General Information:Location and/or time zone and expected work schedule: WHQ, M-R onsite Fri- WFH, biz hoursAny expected travel: NoReason for opening: Leave coverageExpected contract length: 3 mo sTeam details & who they will work with: Footwear with graphic design capabilities role inKids and Core FW; graphics and footwear design, reporting to chief design officer in the interim, other FW designers will be working with. 11/9 will report to KIds Product DIrectorDesired Candidate Profile:Minimum required years of experience: 10+ yrsEducation requirements: NoMust have skills:Expert-level graphic design skills, including ideation, design development, specification, and final execution, with a strong understanding of typography, color theory, brand identity, and visual systems across product and storytelling platforms.A positive attitude while working on projects with challenging briefs and through ambiguity to successful completion.Experience working across multiple timelines and levels of complexity, effectively prioritizing workload across short- and long-term projects while maintaining creative excellence and attention to detail.

Nice to have skills:Cobbling and prototyping skills are a plus3D design program experience are a plusStrong sketching, illustration, and rendering skillsAI exploration and rendering abilities a plusSolid knowledge of manufacturing processes and materialsMust be able to generate a broad range of concepts and solutions for each projectSoftware/technical requirements:Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator skills, Miro,Previous industry experience preference: Needs and Jordan design experienceWhat 2-3 traits does the successful person in the role have?
