Desired Candidate Profile:Minimum required years of experience: 5+ YOE in Color design for footwearEducation requirements: Bachelors or equivalent experienceMust have skills:Portfolio: Color story telling, moodboards, context for why colors were chosenKnowledge of Sneaker culture and consumer trends, has used consumer insight data to make decisionsExperience with sportswear, lifestyle, or streetwear narrativesNice to have skills:Has managed color product journeys, can look at seasonal lines and create original color storiesManaging communications between cross-functional teamsSoftware/technical requirements:
