Product Design Technician

Job Description: Creates and maintains specifications (drawings and models) of Atmus products per company, industry, national, and international standards, while positively impacting the organization's performance.Key Responsibilities:Ensures model and drawing quality.Creates and maintains product specifications utilizing Geometric Dimension and Tolerancing.Utilizes Computer Aided Design (CAD) data management tools for configuration control and to maintain security.Ensures application of company, industry, national, and international standards.Processes internal engineering work requests. Engages with required functional areas as needed.Participate in the maintenance of standards and practices which ensure quality.Participate in Drawing Quality Reviews.Top 3 Skills you are looking for:Basic understanding of engineering drawings (read and interrupt)Basic knowledge of Microsoft officeDetailed oriented and critical thinking skills

Max Pay Rate /hourlyAdditional Manager NotesAbility to read and interrupt engineering drawings.Ability to read and interrupt engineering test specifications.Ability to process engineering releases.General ability of Excel and office tools for data entry.Detail oriented and critical thinking skills.Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with hours of either 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. This is a fully onsite position located in Cookeville, TN. Please ensure your candidate is available to work onsite 40 hours per week. Once the hiring manager is ready to move forward, they will schedule a 1-hour Zoom interview with qualified candidates.
