Role: Product Designer Location: Beaverton, OR (Onsite at PHK (traditional hybrid model with Fridays remote) 3+ Month Contract Reason to Fill - Covering paternity leave Org/ Team info - Global football/ Footwear design Education - Bachelor's degree is required in Design (3-4 years of footwear design exp) Non-negotiables - Top 3 skills 1. excellent footwear knowledge and experience in product design 2. experience in performance footwear and knows illustrator, photoshop, 3d software 3. Candidate is open and brings creativity to the team (curious) Previous client experience is not required (accepting local candidates only). Digital design acumen (design-based software needed: Creative Suite) " Preferred knowledge and experience with advanced digital tools/3D skills " Expert of make and manufacturing " Proficient presentation & communication skills " Proficient design skills, brief to presentation to manufacturing " Proficient creative process " Basic business context " Basic understanding of insights Preferred design experience: " 5-7 years " Creative experience (consumer/segment/dimensions) " Knowledge of creative culture BA/BFA/MA/MFA preferred - associate degree preferred
