About the Role
We are seeking a ProductDesigner with deep experience in social, mobile, or games. In this role, you will lead end-to-end design for both creator and audience experiences across social features. You’ll design intuitive and engaging experiences that make our real-time interactive platform rewarding for both users and creators.
Responsibilities
Lead the design of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for a gamified live streaming experience.
Design and refine gamified social features of our creators and users.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and game designers to translate ideas into intuitive, engaging interfaces.
Champion user-centered design principles across the product, ensuring clarity, usability, and delight at every touchpoint.
Leverage design thinking philosophies to conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into rapid design iterations.
Anticipate how design decisions will scale in live service environments with frequent content updates and evolving features.
Advocate for cohesive visual design standards and UI/UX best practices across the platform.
What We’re Looking For
3-5 years of product design experience, with at least 3 years in social, mobile, or games.
Proven track record designing for social features.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design execution from concept through production.
Deep passion for gaming, live streaming, and real-time interactive online experiences.
Proficiency with mobile design standards across Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Guidelines.
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams with product, design, and engineering.
Strong communication skills, with an ability to give and receive feedback openly and constructively.
Product design and design thinking experience (beyond games) is a strong plus.

Compensation: $105k – $140k base salary + options
