Role: Product Designer Duration: 4 Months Contact role Work Location: Beaverton, OR ( WFH Fridays) 8-9 years minimum experience required in a product design role Top must-have skills include the following:

Adobe Illustrator expertise
Keynote
Photoshop
Collaborative in nature

A deep understanding of material creation and apparel construction

Job Descriptions:

The nature of the work is focused on research and development of products from conception to retail to meet the needs of accounts and consumers. Ideation & Visioning- Supports new ways of thinking about aspects of performance-based products that result in growth opportunities and competitive advantages in the marketplace.
Develops ideas that are consistent with the vision for new products by collaborating with product creation on the genesis of new product concepts for all our client business units. Research/Engineering - utilizes developing research skills and methodology, along with knowledge of the consumer, business, and performance requirements, to develop insights which feed into the development of advanced product concepts.
Utilizes these insights to elevate product through the use of new technologies or construction processes.
Participates in delivery of proof of concept. Identifies key elements of product construction Materials and processes.
Engineer s prototypes. Demonstrates a high level of initiative driving ideation independently.
Project Management- Participates in innovation projects turning concept ideation into reality by working in, or with, multi-disciplinary teams to include product creation, manufacturing, and 3rd party vendors. Communication - assists in preparation of reports and presenting results/new ideas at the department level.

Typically requires a bachelor s degree and minimum of 8-9 years directly relevant work experience Note: Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 8 or 9 years directly relevant work experience Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 6 yrs; Masters + 7 yrs; Associates degree + 9 yrs; High School + 10 yrs.
