Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive user experiences across web and mobile products, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to define product requirements and deliver thoughtful solutions to user and business problems.

  • Own design workstreams from concept through execution, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Translate research insights, product requirements, and data into clear design recommendations.

  • Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and quality across products.

  • Present design concepts, rationale, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

  • Participate in design critiques and reviews, providing and incorporating feedback to continuously improve the user experience.

  • Advocate for users throughout the product development process and champion a user-centered approach to decision-making.

  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 1-4 years of experience in UX or product design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, including user research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.

  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, such as Figma.

  • Understanding of user centered design principles, usability best practices, and common research methodologies.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas and rationale effectively.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
