We are looking for a talented Product Designer to join our team and help shape the user experience and design of our cutting-edge software solutions.
Position Overview:
The Product Designer will be responsible for designing user-centered digital products that are not only visually appealing but also intuitive, functional, and aligned with business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing, to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences across our web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and a passion for creating products that solve real user problems.

Key Responsibilities:
User-Centered Design: Lead the design of digital products with a strong focus on user needs, ensuring that designs are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with both user and business goals.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate design ideas and functionality to stakeholders and development teams.
UI Design: Design and refine user interfaces for both web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency, visual appeal, and usability across all touchpoints.
UX Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs meet technical requirements and align with the product vision.
Iterative Design Process: Incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate and improve designs over multiple phases, continuously optimizing the product experience.
Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across all products and channels.
Brand Alignment: Ensure that the design of products aligns with SkillersZone’s brand guidelines, providing a consistent and engaging brand experience for users.
Design Handoff: Provide developers with all necessary design assets and specifications, and collaborate with them to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
Market Trends & Best Practices: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to create innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on web and mobile applications.
Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Axure, or similar.
Strong knowledge of user experience design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, but not required.
Familiarity with design systems and maintaining consistent design standards across multiple products.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to approach design challenges creatively and effectively.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly to stakeholders and development teams.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
