Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled CW to join our Analog/Mixed-Signal Design team, responsible for the design and development of high-performance analog power management circuits for semiconductor products. This role focuses on delivering robust, low-power, and area-efficient circuit solutions while ensuring successful validation and silicon bring-up throughout the product development lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop analog/mixed signals circuits including LDOs, Charge Pumps, Voltage Detectors, and related power management IPPerform transistor-level design, simulation, and optimization across PVT corners to meet performance, power, and reliability requirementsExecute pre-layout and post-layout verification, including stability, noise, PSRR, transient, and corner analysesCollaborate with layout, verification, and product engineering teams to ensure successful tapeout and silicon validationSupport silicon bring-up, characterization, debug, and correlation of simulation results with measured silicon dataRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong expertise in analog and mixed-signal circuit design fundamentalsExperience with industry-standard EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, and related simulation environmentsSolid understanding of CMOS device physics, analog design tradeoffs, and low-power circuit techniquesExcellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and drive design activities from specification through silicon validationPreferred QualificationsExperience designing LDOs, Charge Pumps, Voltage Detectors, Bandgap References, and Power-On Reset (POR) circuitsStrong understanding of loop stability, compensation techniques, PSRR, line/load regulation, and transient responseExperience with silicon characterization, debug, and production supportFamiliarity with advanced CMOS process technologies and reliability considerationsExposure to AI-assisted design optimization or analog design automation techniquesEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fieldMaster's degree preferredExperience in analog/mixed-signal IC design within the semiconductor industry preferredProven track record of successful silicon bring-up and product development is a plus
