Product Developer

Duties & Responsibilities

• Analyze, develops, tests, debugs, and maintains applications, services, APIs, and frameworks.
• Participates in design discussions, code reviews, and technical problem solving.
• Uses AI-assisted development tools to improve coding, testing, and documentation.
• Contributes to code quality, performance, security, and maintainability by following engineering standards.
• Develops and maintains tools, automation, and processes that support software delivery.
• Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Continuously learns new technologies and contributes ideas to improve engineering practices.
• Estimates assigned work and delivers quality solutions on schedule.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Experience with one or more modern programming languages or frameworks such as Python, C#, Node.js, or similar technologies.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools and modern software development practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and business domains with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of applicable software engineering experience with demonstrated success.
• 2+ years of specialized experience in modern application development, cloud technologies, AI-assisted development, or related technical domains.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with software design, automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and Agile development.
