- Background in food research and development, including recipe formulation and new product creation
- Strong curiosity about emerging science in metabolic health and functional food innovation
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations and compliance frameworks such as HACCP and FSMA
- Ability to evaluate market trends, conduct research, and translate insights into customer‑focused product ideas
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and project‑management capabilities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office; experience with industry‑specific software is an advantage
- Creative problem‑solver with a passion for innovation in food and beverage
- Dedicated work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- • 3+ years of experience in Food and Beverage Manufacturing
