Help create the next generation of lighting technology.
LEDdynamics is an engineering company specializing in advanced LED light engines, electronics, drivers, controls, optics and custom OEM solutions. We partner with leading manufacturers to develop innovative lighting systems for architectural, industrial, medical, wellness and specialty applications.
We’re looking for a hands-on Product Development Engineer to join our close-knit engineering team. This is an opportunity to work on exciting new technologies while collaborating directly with customers, manufacturing and fellow engineers to bring innovative products to market.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop next-generation LED light engines, electronic assemblies, drivers and lighting controls.
  • Support customer projects by translating application requirements into practical engineering solutions.
  • Lead and support New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept through production.
  • Design, prototype, test and refine new products.
  • Work closely with manufacturing to ensure designs are robust, reliable and manufacturable.
  • Collaborate across electrical, mechanical, optical, manufacturing and quality disciplines.
  • Support continuous improvement of existing products and manufacturing processes.

We’re looking for an engineer who brings expertise in one discipline and enjoys working across many others.
You may have experience in:
  • Electrical or Electronics Engineering
  • Mechanical or Electromechanical Design
  • Optics
  • Manufacturing or Quality Engineering
  • Embedded Systems or Controls
Most importantly, you:
  • Have a genuine passion for engineering, lighting and electronics.
  • Enjoy building, creating and solving problems.

  • Communicate well with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
