About the Internship:Petite Plume is seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and motivated Product Development Intern to join our team for the summer. You will work directly with the Head of Product to help bring our luxury sleepwear collections from concept to reality. This is a hands-on opportunity to see the full lifecycle of premium apparel development.

What You Will Do:

Sample Management: Track incoming prototypes and coordinate fit sessions; maintain the physical and digital sample library.
Technical Support: Assist in building and updating tech packs, ensuring BOM (Bill of Materials) accuracy.
Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis on fabrics, pricing, and silhouettes to identify white-space opportunities.
Sourcing & Materials: Organize fabric headers and trim libraries; assist in communication with global manufacturing partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support the transition of products from the design phase to production and marketing.

Experience You Will Need:

Current student or recent graduate in Fashion Design, Product Development, or a related Business field.
Proficiency in Google Suites and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/InDesign).
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A "no task too small" attitude and a passion for the Petite Plume brand.
