About the Role
The Product Director, Professional Education, will support the recent launches of TREMFYA into Gastroenterology across Crohn's disease & Ulcerative colitis, reporting into the Group Product Director. This is a critical marketing position on the Gastroenterology marketing team to shape the strategy and develop implementation plans for this critical launch. The Product Director, Professional Education, will be responsible for the Prof Ed strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of the Professional Education strategy and P2P DOME deck development, in close collaboration with the cross-functional team across Marketing Operations, Thought Leader Liaisons, Copy Approval Committee, Medical Affairs, etc.
Lead the National Faculty training plan development and execution.
Lead the development and execution of National Broadcasts to showcase news throughout the year, working closely with HCP Key Opinion Leaders.
Lead product theater development and execution at national GI congresses with HCP Key Opinion Leader speakers.
Participate in advisory boards and attend scientific sessions where needed.
Manage agency partners, ensuring rigor in marketing excellence and exceptional execution of key tactics and deliverables.

Qualifications:
Education:
A B.A. or a B.S. degree is required. An MBA is preferred.
Required:
A minimum of 4 years business experience, of which at least 2 years of successful and dynamic experience is required. Marketing and/or field-based experience required.
Your ability to be creative, action and outcome oriented, and strong analytically, with excellent overall business insight, is fundamental.
You will need to demonstrate excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a heightened ability to collaborate and work across the marketing and cross-functional teams, with external agency partners and with GI Key Opinion Leaders to be successful.
This position may require you to travel up to 30% domestically.
Preferred:
- Previous Immunology marketing or sales experience with an infusion biologic as well as a subcutaneous injected biologic would be helpful.
