Job Description

Job Title: Product Engineer - Electrification

Location: Fargo, ND Salary Range: $45-50/hr on w2 Contract: 12+ months, possible extension

Introduction

Join our team as a Product Engineer in Electrification, where you will play a crucial role in designing, testing, and analyzing products to drive innovation and efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Strong understanding of engineering technologies and ability to provide technical guidance.
Proven experience in executing engineering designs using appropriate methods, tools, processes, and software.
Ability to manage and apply safe systems of work independently.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience in managing projects and/or programs within desired cost, time, and quality parameters.
Competence in identifying, verifying, and managing changes to project scope.
Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Contribute to the analysis and improvement of manufacturing or materials processes.
Implement feasibility testing and validate engineering designs.
Carry out inspections and recommend remedial works to ensure conformance with specifications.
Develop and maintain technical documentation to a high standard.
